1. Generalities
The Application integrates a third-party service called Scrada, enabling the generation, analysis or recommendation of data related to the User's projects, worksites or activities. This service is provided by an external provider, independent of the Publisher.
The results, analyses, estimates and recommendations generated by Scrada are provided for indicative purposes only and do not constitute professional advice, nor any guarantee of performance, compliance or outcome. The User remains solely responsible for the interpretation and use of this information, as well as for any decisions made on that basis.
The Publisher cannot under any circumstances be held liable for:
-an error, omission or inaccuracy in the data or results provided by Scrada
-damage resulting from an erroneous interpretation or inappropriate use of said results
-a temporary or permanent unavailability of the Scrada service
-or any modification of the features or conditions of the Scrada service by its provider.
The User acknowledges having read and agrees that Scrada is subject to its own terms of use, separate from those of the Publisher, which may be consulted with its provider. Use of the Scrada feature within the Application implies acceptance of these terms.
